OPC UA Beta Build 222 Release

OPC UA released their 222 release build which fixes many known issues including running OPC UA on 64 bit operating systems. OPC UA stack is not build to run on 64 bit machine as 64 bit process. OPC UA stack still remains 32 bit application library.

If you want to use OPC UA on 64 bit, you .NET application must be compiled for 0x86 platform.
